A new tropical storm has gained strength in the eastern Pacific Ocean. The system, now known as Tropical Storm Barbara, is currently located about 300 miles south of Mexico's California. Forecasters are predicting that Barbara will grow in power over the next few days. The storm is moving in a west-northwesterly direction at a rate of 10 mph
